The Role & The Team

We’re seeking an Operational Efficiency Coordinator to help us transform the way we operate. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping improvements that keep Australia’s aviation industry safe and efficient.

  • Support deep dives into business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with designing and documenting workflows that make a real impact, while contributing to Operational Efficiency team activities.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to streamline operations, primarily within finance and other strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to change management and technology integration projects.
  • Assist with data analysis, management reporting, and preparing presentations.

The Person

  • Experience in business operations or process improvement.
  • Skills in process design, mapping, and documentation.
  • General skills in finance, shared services, projects or similar business environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
  • Familiarity with data, systems, and file management.
