The Role & The Team

As the ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including strategy, architecture, governance, delivery and optimisation. You will lead roadmap development, solution design and technical integrity across all ServiceNow capabilities.

You will partner closely with enterprise architects, product owners, business stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team to ensure scalable, maintainable and future‑ready platform solutions.

You will be part of the Digital Technology Platforms team within the Technology Enablement group, an engaged, collaborative and high performing team passionate about delivering value and innovation.

The Person

We are seeking a proactive, experienced and influential platform leader who thrives on governance, structure and innovation.

 

Mandatory:

  • 8+ years ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM, IRM/GRC, CMDB, Virtual Agent, App Engine.
  • Strong platform architecture background including CSDM, CMDB, integrations and upgrades.
  • Experience leading developers/support teams and managing enhancement pipelines.
  • Proven experience converting business needs into structured technical work packages or solution designs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; capable of running workshops, demos, and steering committee discussions.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.

 

Desirable:

  • CIS in IRM or other modules; CTA.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum.
  • Ability to manage multiple enhancement streams.
  • Strong governance and change‑management skills.
  • Exposure to project management practices.
  • Strong communication skills.
