The Western Sydney International Airport (WSIA) as a whole, is being delivered by a number of Portfolios across Airservices, to include Airspace design Digital Aerodrome Services, Airfield Systems and Aviation Rescue & Fire Fighting Services & Facilities (ARFFS). This role will be dedicated to the Western Sydney and Canberra Portfolio however will be coordinating with all portfolios involved in delivering other components of WSIA.
As a hands-on Change and Communications Specialist, you’ll take the lead in crafting and delivering impactful communication strategies to drive organisational change. Partnering closely with Program and Project Teams, you’ll create compelling materials, provide expert communication advice, and support engagement activities to ensure readiness and adoption. With proven experience managing multiple projects, you’ll deliver clear, consistent messaging that embeds change and inspires action across the organisation.

Design, develop and manage strategic and tactical change communications, engagement, and activities to ensure that our people are fully aware of progress and equipped to transition to the new way of working with minimal disruption and a reasonable degree of comfort.
