The Role & The Team
You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for leading engagement with all sectors of the aviation industry to enhance outcomes for customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading engagement with customers and industry stakeholders to support Airservices largest change programs, providing insights to inform decision making, and building understanding and alignment in relation to Airservices significant transformation agenda.

The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Proven history of aviation industry leadership
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility and trust with stakeholders on highly complex matters, coupled with deep operational aviation domain knowledge and established industry relationships
- Demonstrated track record of influencing decisions at the senior Executive levels with diverse and complex range of customers and stakeholders, including airlines, airports, general and sports aviation, and industry associations
- Skilled in leading complex stakeholder engagement programs in support of large programs of change activities, balancing diverse stakeholder needs
- Experience in commercial/pricing consultation with stakeholders
- Skilled in synthesising and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic planning and decision making at the senior level
- Thought leadership in stakeholder engagement practices
- Superb communication, influencing and negotiation skills at both Executive/senior leadership and operational levels to build industry advocacy and enhance performance outcomes
- Experienced senior leader in fostering customer-focused mindset and ways of working
