Procurement & Commercial Services Portfolio

Procurement & Commercial Services at Airservices Australia is undergoing a significant transformation in how we undertake procurement and commercial practices to deliver upon Airservices strategy and investment plan in a complex operating environment.

The Role

Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and all the members of the Leadership team you will ensure that there is a consistent approach and purpose in all work undertaken to achieve group and business outcomes.

The Person

We are looking a passionate Procurement and Commercial Services co-ordinator to report directly to the Head of Commercial and Procurement Services and provide the administrative expertise so as to play a key role in assisting the Procurement and Commercial Services team deliver on this strategy. You will have demonstrated experience providing a comprehensive range of administrative support, strong stakeholder engagements skills and the ability to exercise discretion and sound judgement in sharing confidential / sensitive information with other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties, including the production of written material and accurate data processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively while remaining flexible to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • High level of competency in using the full suite of Microsoft 365 applications (Word; Outlook; Teams; Power Point; Visio). Ability to learn and effectively operate a range of software applications and foster use of these tools across the Team.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.

 Security Clearance

  • To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian citizen as an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance is required for this role
