The Role & The Team
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in aligning Airservices’ digital and technology investments with our strategic goals. You will shape and articulate enterprise-wide architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and high-level designs that enable scalable, secure, and future-ready capabilities.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business partners, and industry forums to influence strategic decisions, support transformation initiatives, and ensure our digital and technology landscape evolves in line with emerging trends and operational priorities.
This is a leadership role that requires a blend of strategic foresight, technical expertise, and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps aligned with business and technology goals.
- Translate complex architectural concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and business models to support innovation and agility.
- Support architecture governance and promote consistent practices using frameworks such as TOGAF and tools like Orbus Infinity.
- Drive continuous improvement and mentor other architects to uplift capability across the organisation.

The Person
You are a strategic influencer with a strong background in enterprise and information architecture. You bring:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise architecture in complex, safety-critical environments.
- Expertise in business architecture, system architecture, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
- TOGAF certification (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with System Wide Information Management (SWIM) and aviation industry experience (desirable).
