Summary

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic service improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and deliver tangible outcomes across the organisation.

The Role & The Team

Reporting to the Head of Service Level Upgrade Implementation (SLUI), you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of multiple concurrent service improvement initiatives across a complex and highly regulated environment. You'll provide program-level leadership, ensuring initiatives are delivered safely, on time, within scope and aligned to strategic priorities.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of service improvement initiatives.

- Develop and manage integrated program plans, dependencies and resource allocation.

- Drive collaboration across operational, safety, technology, training and corporate teams.

- Ensure operational readiness, safety assurance and stakeholder requirements are embedded into delivery.

- Manage program risks, issues and governance requirements.

- Provide high-quality reporting and insights to senior leaders and governance forums.

- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful outcomes.

The Person

You are a confident and collaborative program leader with experience delivering complex programs in operational, regulated or safety-critical environments.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs or portfolios.

- Strong people leadership, coaching and team development capability.

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and interdependencies.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting.

- Strong risk management, decision-making and problem-solving capability.

- Experience working within complex governance frameworks.

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in aviation, operations, engineering, project/program management or a related discipline.

- Relevant project or program management accreditation.
