The Role & The Team
As the Enterprise Workforce Planning Analyst, will own and maintain workforce planning tools to support enterprise operational, transformation and capital delivery workforce planning requirements. You will build workforce supply-demand models, conduct scenario analysis and provide data-driven insights that enable sustainable resourcing decisions, workforce readiness and executive decision-making. You will assess workforce impacts, coordinate workforce planning activities and deliver reporting and insights that strengthen workforce planning capability across the enterprise.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, highlighting risks and presenting insights in a concise and compelling way.
Reporting to the Strategic Workforce Planning Senior Manager, you will partner closely with leaders across People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Capability, People Systems & Analytics, Organisational Effectiveness, Operational Training and Resourcing, and broader business stakeholders.
You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking People & Culture team focused on enabling workforce readiness for the future. The team is proud of delivering strategic workforce solutions that help the organisation successfully navigate growth, transformation and long-term capability needs.

The Person
You are a highly analytical and commercially minded workforce planning specialist who enjoys solving complex problems, turning data into insights and influencing decisions through evidence-based recommendations. You thrive in collaborative environments, build strong stakeholder relationships and bring a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
The successful applicant will have:
- Qualifications in statistics, data science, computer science, business, economics, human resources or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience analysing operational data, consolidating workforce supply and demand data, forecasting workforce needs and conducting scenario analysis.
- Proven ability to build, maintain and enhance complex workforce planning models.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills and proficiency in SQL, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience partnering and coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Planning and organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to work across multiple tasks/projects
- Strong understanding of workforce structures, job architecture and HR data concepts.
- Excellent written communication and data visualisation skills, including preparing executive-level reports and recommendations.
- Understanding of core statistical techniques (desirable).
