The Role & The Team

As a Senior Finance Analyst within the Strategic Financial Partnering team, you will play a critical role in supporting organisational performance through high-quality financial analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting. Partnering closely with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders across the business, you will provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, improve financial discipline and optimise cost outcomes. You will contribute to workforce planning, support process improvement initiatives and help build financial capability across the organisation.

The Person

You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex problems and turning data into meaningful insights. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical business insights.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience supporting business performance, workforce planning and cost management initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA, CPA or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Experience with business analytics and visualisation tools, such as Power BI, will be highly regarded.
