The Role & The Team
As an Estimator – Resourcing within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you’ll play a key role in supporting enterprise planning and investment decisions by translating project scope into resource, effort and cost insights. Working closely with estimating, scheduling, finance and delivery teams, you will develop resource profiles, validate workforce capacity and ensure alignment across cost, schedule and delivery assumptions.
You’ll join a newly established EPMO team that acts as a centre of excellence, supporting major transformation programs across Airservices. The team is known for its collaborative approach, strong governance capability and its impact in enabling informed, enterprise-wide decision making.

The Person
You are analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy working across complex environments where you can bring structure and clarity to planning and delivery. You’re confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders and translating data into meaningful insights that support decision making.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in project estimating, cost modelling or project controls within complex environments
- Strong analytical capability, including experience with spreadsheets, data modelling or estimating tools
- Ability to develop resource-based forecasts and align cost, schedule and workforce assumptions
- Experience working across stakeholders to validate inputs and support governance and planning processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or financial information clearly
- Understanding of workforce capacity planning, resource demand and supply balancing
