About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and service-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Employee Services team where we genuine value our people and support long-term career growth.

As part of a fast-paced and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing employment documents including offers, contracts, employee movements and variations to employment contracts.
  • Managing service milestone awards and supporting HR reporting and analytics for key people metrics.
  • Interpreting legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Enhancing knowledge content and resources in HR sharepoint sites to drive self-service
  • Maintaining data integrity for employee information and data accuracy across HRIS.
  • Supporting Employee Services team members, Payroll, and broader People & Culture teams with daily operations and coordination.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve overall service processes and participating in improvement projects
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver timely solutions

About You

You will bring:

  • A professional and friendly approach, driven by a genuine passion for delivering a great experience to our people and stakeholders
  • Experience in HR coordination or administration within a complex environment
  • Proven ability to interpret contracts, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements Experience preparing employment documentation with accuracy and care
  • A strong risk lens to ensure employee privacy is maintained and sensitive information is protected across all interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you build rapport easily
  • Highly proficient in using Office 365 products and practical experience with HRIS and record management systems
  • A proactive approach to driving and initiating your own capability development in the role
  • A willingness to both receive and quickly apply feedback with tailored support from your team
  • An energetic mindset, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to work.

Desirable:

  • HR qualifications and minimum 2 years experience
  • Experience with using SAP and Successfactors
