  • Salary: $152,775 - $171, 484 + 14 % Super 

The Role 

Play a pivotal role in managing and developing commercial revenue opportunities. This position requires strong commercial acumen, experience in technology-driven environments, and a solid understanding of procurement processes. Aviation industry experience will be highly regarded. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and manage new commercial revenue opportunities from identification through to contract execution. 

  • Oversee commercial agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, including service delivery and governance. 

  • Provide expert commercial advice and support on contract management and revenue-generating activities. 

  • Coordinate technical delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives. 

  • Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external customers, and strategic partners. 

  • Drive improvements in commercial performance through reviews and analysis of financial and cost management practices.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Formal qualifications in commercial law, business, project or contract management, or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial contract management, ideally in the support of contracts with customers. 

  • Knowledge of aviation industry technologies, systems and practices. 

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills. 

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar). 

  • Ability to lead and mentor team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
