About the Role
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering functions.
- Deliver strategic financial advice and commercial support to executives and senior leaders.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organisation.
- Champion improvements in finance processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial thinking.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Airservices’ values of trust, care, and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in FP&A, finance, and accounting.
- Proven leadership in strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI).
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualification (Required).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- A strategic mindset and the ability to translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights.
