The Role & The Team
As the Remuneration and Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in executing remuneration and reward initiatives within the organisation. You'll be responsible for evaluating roles, managing remuneration review processes, updating and analysing remuneration data, and supporting the development of new policies and programs. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as P&C People partners, the Employee Support team, and business managers to ensure effective delivery of remuneration solutions. The Person
We are seeking a focussed and service-oriented individual with outstanding attention to detail and in possession of extensive experience in remuneration and benefits. Your strong analytical skills and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities will see you challenged, encouraged and rewarded.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in executing remuneration and reward initiatives within a complex environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, preferably with experience using Mercer JCED or Korn Ferry Hay Group.
- Experience managing remuneration cycles and related projects.
- Experience working in organisations with high level of Enterprise agreements and/or industry awards highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Understanding of HRIS and/or payroll systems.
