The Shared Services function is a core component of the wider Chief Operating Officer division and provides the ‘engine’ of many critical processes and specialist skills that enable the organisation to deliver on its purpose. A key objective of Shared Services is to deliver streamlined, essential processes as a minimum viable product (MVP), minimizing costs while maximizing efficiency.
The Continuous Improvement and Transformation Manager within Shared Services plays a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and prioritising opportunities that enhance processes and improve customer experience, all to achieve the MVP standard. Looking ahead, this role will also lead efforts to upgrade back-office systems as needed, shape procedures and policies ensuring continued optimisation and support across the organisation.

Lead a team that undertake multiple, small projects with big impact, delivering tangible and measurable benefit in terms of cost reduction, time reduction, customer experience uplift or reduced risk exposure.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify root causes of challenges and develop targeted improvement plans that you’ll lead and manage. By setting and achieving short-, medium-, and long-term goals, you’ll drive best practices and elevate Shared Services processes to a best-in-class standard, contributing to Airservices' strategic success.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, detailing milestones, resources, timelines, and deliverables for both system and non-system initiatives. Track tasks, benefits, and progress, while ensuring smooth transitions through effective change management. Keep stakeholders informed and supported with clear communication, training, and guidance throughout the process.

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interpreting, and presenting information to influence stakeholders, navigating complex policies, balancing competing initiatives, and applying strong analytical skills for financial data, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.
