As a Purchase to Pay System Support Officer, you will be the subject matter expert in Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, and Procure to Pay processes. With a service-first, human-centered approach, you'll provide exceptional support to internal users and external suppliers, while driving system improvements to enhance overall efficiency and user experience. Working collaboratively with all parts of the business and cross-functional teams will support the efficient and effective delivery the Procurement and Contract Management processes and positive procurement outcomes.

Effectively collect, report and action internal feedback about suppliers on issues such as quality, timeliness, service and price.
