The Role & The Team

In this position you will closely work with operational training leads and Head to assist with all administrative tasks. You will also act as the front desk administrative support to the operational training unit.

As a Technical Business Support Coordinator, you will manage the business unit procurement and various financial activities that comes with procurement.

To be successful in this role you will ensure compliance with Registered Training Organisation and Quality Assurance standards.

This role will report into the Learning Design and Technology Lead

The Person

The Successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience Travel co-ordination and financial administration experience
  •  Experience in MS Office 365 applications to support course administration, (SharePoint, Excel, Word, One Note)
  • Sound knowledge of SAP / Promaster and iBuy reporting systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System- Success Factors (desirable)
  • Qualifications, or equivalent experience in business or training administration, project or event management
