The Opportunity

Airservices is continuing its transformation journey, with eight Transformation Portfolios delivering strategic initiatives across the organisation.

The Enterprise Change team plays a critical role in enabling these initiatives to succeed by supporting the adoption, embedment and sustainment of change across the business.

We are seeking multiple experienced Enterprise Change Managers to join our centralised Enterprise Change team. In this role, you will partner with business units, project teams and senior stakeholders to plan, deliver and embed change initiatives that support Airservices' transformation objectives.

You will help ensure our people are ready, engaged and equipped to successfully transition to new ways of working while realising intended business benefits.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, design and delivery of change management activities across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and communication approaches.
• Partner closely with project teams, operational stakeholders, communications, training and business leaders to drive successful adoption of change.
• Support benefit realisation by embedding sustainable ways of working.
• Influence and coach stakeholders at all levels to build change capability across the organisation.
• Contribute to the ongoing uplift of Airservices' organisational change maturity and continuous improvement efforts.

About You

You are an experienced change professional who is comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels. You have a track record of successfully delivering people-focused change within large, complex and geographically dispersed organisations and can effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

You will bring:

• Significant experience (10+ years preferred) leading organisational change initiatives.
• Experience delivering change within operational and/or technical environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience developing and executing change strategies, communication plans and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to drive engagement and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience working within enterprise-wide transformation programs or centralised change functions.
• Working knowledge of change methodologies such as PROSCI, Lean and Agile.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

Location

Brisbane or Melbourne preferred, with Canberra and Sydney also considered.
