The Role and the Team

Working closely with technical experts, operational teams and program stakeholders, you will lead the design, development and implementation of competency-based technical training solutions. You will conduct training needs analyses, develop learning and assessment materials, coordinate training delivery activities and ensure technical training programs meet regulatory and operational requirements.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a national technology transformation program while helping to build the capability required to support the future of air traffic management in Australia.

You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team focused on delivering safe, effective and compliant training outcomes across a complex operational environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment with competing priorities.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • A relevant Diploma qualification (or higher) and demonstrated experience within technology, engineering or a related technical discipline.
