A critical support role partnering with the Chief Operating Officer to manage priorities, coordinate executive activities, and ensure effective communication, governance, and delivery across the leadership team.

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-level support to the Chief Operating Officer and contribute to the effectiveness of the broader Executive Leadership team. This is a fast-paced and highly visible role where you will act as a key enabler of executive decision-making, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and delivery of priorities across the organisation.
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage a complex and dynamic diary, inbox, and communications on behalf of the COO
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics (including agendas, papers, and follow-ups)
- Prepare, collate, and prioritise briefing materials and documentation
- Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership & Operational Support
- Support the COO and leadership team to deliver on priorities and projects
- Coordinate Executive and Board reporting, submissions, and actions
- Track and manage key deliverables and outstanding actions
Governance & Administration
- Maintain strong document management and record-keeping processes
- Monitor workflow into and out of the COO Office
- Support compliance, reporting and governance obligations
- Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes
Meetings & Events
- Organise executive meetings, forums, and events end-to-end
- Take minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-through
