As an Air Traffic Management (ATM) Service Transformation Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring transformation outcomes are successfully delivered at a local level, translating program priorities into practical, on-the-ground execution.

The Role & The Team

Reporting to the Head of ATM Service Transformation, you will coordinate transformation activities within your assigned location, ensuring operational readiness, workforce preparedness, and safe implementation of change.

You will:

  • Lead delivery of transformation activities within your location, aligned to program priorities and timelines
  • Translate program-level plans into clear, actionable activities for operational and support teams
  • Coordinate readiness for key milestones, including airspace, technology, and operational changes
  • Manage local risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required
  • Track progress and maintain visibility of activities, ensuring outcomes are delivered
  • Foster collaboration across operational, technical, and workforce teams to enable coordinated delivery
  • Support governance processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Person

You are an organised and outcomes-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic operational environment and can translate strategy into practical delivery.

You will bring:

  • Experience in program delivery, operations, or change implementation in complex environments
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • The ability to translate strategic direction into practical, on-the-ground actions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Experience in aviation, air traffic management, or safety-critical environments (desirable)

 

Security Clearance
