The Role & The Team
As the Strategic Scheduling Lead within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will lead the development and integration of enterprise-level schedules across complex programs and portfolios. You will establish a single, integrated view of delivery timelines, dependencies and constraints, providing critical insights that support executive decision-making and investment prioritisation.
Leading a team of scheduling professionals, you will uplift capability, embed best practice frameworks and ensure schedules are realistic, risk-informed and aligned to enterprise delivery capacity. You will play a key role in shaping Integrated Master Plans across major transformation initiatives
You will join a newly established EPMO that acts as a centre of excellence, supporting significant transformation across Airservices. The team is known for its collaborative approach and its impact in enabling enterprise-wide planning, governance and decision-making.

The Person
You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership capability and deep experience in enterprise scheduling. You bring a structured, analytical approach and thrive working across complex environments, influencing stakeholders and bringing clarity to delivery at scale.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic or enterprise-level scheduling within complex environments
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing scheduling or project controls teams
- Strong expertise in integrated master planning and cross-program dependency management
- Experience applying schedule risk analysis techniques and developing risk-informed plans
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, P6) and analytical modelling approaches
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex scheduling data into clear insights
