The Role & The Team
We are seeking an experienced, highly capable Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-level support to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) and contribute to the effectiveness of the broader Executive Leadership team. This is a fast-paced and highly visible role where you will act as a key enabler of executive decision-making, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and delivery of priorities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage a complex and dynamic diary, inbox, and communications on behalf of the DCEO anticipating needs and proactively resolving conflicts
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics, including preparation of agendas, high-quality briefing packs, and timely follow-up actions
- Prepare, collate, and prioritise briefing materials and documentation ensuring the DCEO is well-informed and equipped in advance for all engagements
- Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership & Operational Support
- Support the DCEO and leadership team to deliver on priorities and projects
- Coordinate Executive and Board reporting, submissions, and actions
- Track and manage key deliverables and outstanding actions
- Exercise initiative and sound judgement to identify issues early and support their resolution
Governance & Administration
- Maintain strong document management and record-keeping processes
- Oversee and manage workflow into and out of the DCEO Office, ensuring timely escalation and response
- Support compliance, reporting and governance obligations
- Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes
Meetings & Events
- Organise executive meetings, forums, and events end-to-end
- Adapt quickly to last-minute changes, competing priorities, and urgent requests

You will bring:
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives in complex organisations
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the organisation
- High levels of discretion, judgement, and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive information
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
