The Role & The Team

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strengthening technical governance, compliance, and assurance across CNS asset management, while working closely with engineering, operations, and service providers.

In this role, you will:

• Support and strengthen compliance with CNS technical standards, CASR Part 171 and internal governance frameworks
• Maintain and uplift the technical compliance register and assurance mapping
• Conduct risk-based assurance activities (desktop and field reviews)
• Drive awareness and education of standards and regulatory changes
• Contribute to competency frameworks for CNS engineering and maintenance
• Engage with Asset Service Providers (ASPs), System Technical Advisors and key stakeholders to improve outcomes

The Person

We’re keen to hear from people who:

• Have experience in CNS systems, engineering, or technical asset management
• Understand or can quickly build knowledge of technical governance, standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CASR 171, TMS, SMS)
• Bring strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Are proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a risk-based assurance environment
• Have (or are working towards) a relevant engineering or technical qualification, or equivalent experience
