The Role & The Team
As a Senior Electrician, you will lead the maintenance, installation, and fault resolution of electrical systems supporting critical aviation infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering reliable and efficient system performance.
Working closely with a skilled technical team, you will mentor electricians and technicians, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational resilience across the network. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and operational stakeholders.

The Person
You are an experienced electrician with strong technical capability, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality outcomes. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy mentoring others.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and fault finding
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management in a technical environment
- Experience leading tasks or mentoring junior team members
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and deliver effective solutions
- Relevant electrical trade qualification and unrestricted electrical licence
- Current driver’s licence; additional licences (e.g. cabling) desirable
- An Australian Citizen and the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance
