The Role

We’re on the lookout for an HR Coordinator who thrives on detail, loves problem solving and eager to play a part in a seamless employee experience. If you’re someone who has a high attention to detail, enjoys learning new things and curious, then this is the perfect opportunity to advance your HR career on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Preparing employment documents including offers, contracts, flexibility agreements, and variations. 

  • Interpreting legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements to ensure accurate and compliant documentation. 

  • Managing employee information and maintaining data accuracy across HR systems. 

  • Supporting Employee Services team members and broader People & Culture teams with daily operations and coordination. 

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and championing self-service and digital enablement. 

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and professional support

The Person

 You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality HR services. You bring: 
  • Experience in HR coordination or administration within a complex environment 

  • Proven ability to interpret contracts, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements 

  • Experience preparing legal-style documentation with accuracy and care 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you build rapport easily 

  • Advanced skills in Office 365 and solid experience with HRIS and document management systems 

  • An energetic mindset, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to work. 

Desirable:  

  • HR qualifications and minimum 2 years experience 

  • Experience with using SAP and Successfactors
