The Role & The Team
Join our Network Performance and Analysis (NP&A) team to deliver actionable intelligence that supports operational evaluations and performance improvements. As a Data Analyst/Data Engineer, you will maintain and develop our operational data store, enabling new methodologies for assessing Air Traffic Management performance and supporting technology-driven innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document processes and methodologies for clear communication with stakeholders.
- Adhere to team frameworks, coding standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Communicate progress and deliverables to stakeholders and support planning and scheduling.
Data Engineer specific responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain data engineering solutions using SQL and Python.
- Extract, wrangle, and fuse large, complex datasets to create useful data structures.
- Perform data quality checks and remediation.
Data Analyst specific responsibilities:
- Clean and preprocess data to make it usable for analysis.
- Use statistical techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) to analyse datasets.
- Create dashboards and reports using Tableau.

The Person
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and problem-solving. You bring a strong technical foundation and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. Collaboration and clear communication come naturally to you, and you thrive in environments where accuracy and innovation matter.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, aviation, or related discipline.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience or post-graduate qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with data warehousing and RDBMS.
- Knowledge of aviation industry (desired).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
