The Role & The Team

We’re seeking a Finance Operational Efficiency Coordinator to provide coordination and assistance across the Operational Efficiency function and the CFO Finance portfolio, helping deliver smarter, streamlined processes. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll help organise, document, and support improvements that matter in the aviation sector.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and support deep dives into finance and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Assist with designing and documenting workflows that drive efficiency.

• Provide organisational support for Operational Efficiency team activities and finance initiatives.

• Collaborate across teams to implement changes within finance and strategic projects.

• Support change management and technology integration efforts.

• Assist with data analysis, management reporting, and preparing presentations.

About You

• Efficient, organised, and task-focused with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in business operations, varied business processes or deliverables.

• General finance experience across different role types (accounts, reporting, shared services, etc.).

• Exposure or skills in the design of processes, mapping and documentation requirements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable working with data, systems, and file management.
