The Role and the Team
In this hands-on role, you will excel in:
You’ll partner with Portfolio leaders and program teams to deliver clear, engaging communications that keep everyone informed and ready for what’s next.
Part of your charter is to develop and lead change communications strategies that set our people up for success. Your work will play a direct role in enabling our people and our organisation to deliver the capability our global industry needs today and into the future.
You are instrumental in designing and delivering engagement activities that make change easier and more meaningful.
Working closely with internal communications and change management teams to ensure alignment across the organisation is second nature and brings your expertise to the forefront.

Our new team member is a motivated self-starter able to influence appropriately and as the successful applicant you will possess:
- Proven experience in change and communications across large, complex organisations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft – ppt, excel and word.
- Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities whilst maintaining your attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
