The Role 

As a Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst and supported by 2 direct reports within our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of the EPMO Reporting and Performance Framework. 
  • Manage communication channels including SharePoint and Teams, ensuring alignment with the EPMO Communications Plan. 

  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights using tools like Power BI and Excel. 

  • Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across multiple sources. 

  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts, fostering capability development and continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to embed reporting frameworks and drive strategic decision-making. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Custodianship of the EPMO Communications Plan and Reporting Framework. 

  • Lead data quality assurance and performance analysis functions. 

  • Deliver visually engaging and insightful reports and dashboards. 

  • Provide training and induction for staff on reporting tools and frameworks. 

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting is fit-for-purpose.

About You

We're looking for a people-focused leader who thrives on collaboration in a PMO environment and brings a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and innovation. 

  •  Experience in PMO functions and coaching project staff. 
  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. 

  • Professional accreditation (e.g., PRINCE2, P3M, MoP, MSP, PMBoK) is highly desirable. 

  • Advanced technical skills in Power BI, Power Query, Excel and SharePoint. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
