The Role & The Team
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and business support to the Chief Airspace and Network Officer (CANO) and the wider leadership team. Work in a collaborative, high performing team and contribute to the safety and efficiency of Australian Aviation. As the Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage the Office of the CANO, including strategic diary and travel coordination, correspondence, and stakeholder liaison
- Provide administrative support to the CANO leadership team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and action tracking
- Develop and maintain systems for workflow, reporting, and compliance
- Support governance, reporting, and budgetary requirements
- Champion Airservices’ values and contribute to a high-performance culture

The Person
The successful applicant will have:
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (e.g., TRIM, SharePoint, SAP)
- Qualifications in Business Administration or Office Management (desirable)
