Summary

As the Strategy and Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation, embedding change maturity, and delivering strategic outcomes in partnership with our most senior leaders.

Your charter will see you will lead and drive strategic initiatives across the organisation, ensuring the successful delivery of programs that align with the company’s long-term vision and operational excellence goals. As a key member of the leadership team, this role is responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and support the evolution of our services in line with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

The Role & The Team

Your strategic thinking, ability to influence at all levels, and proven track record in transformational performance management will be essential to championing effective change leadership, delivery, and embedding of successful deliverables across the wider business.

You will build an effective working relationship with other Airservices staff to ensure that there is effective coordination of all activities in support of organisational objectives.

 

Qualifications & Competencies include:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Aviation-related fields (Masters or MBA are preferred)
  • 5+ years of Tier1 or 2 management consulting experience
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, aviation experience is not a must have
  • Strong background in operational strategy, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries is desirable along with experience in stakeholder management, particularly in highly regulated environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs.
