As an Enterprise Change Manager, you will work within our centralised model to partner with internal teams, project leads, and senior stakeholders to plan, execute, and sustain change initiatives that align with our enterprise objectives.  

This role is critical in ensuring our people are engaged, changes are adopted effectively, and the full benefits of transformation are realised across the business.

The Person 

You are comfortable with and have demonstratable experience in driving and executing change in a technical environment and can manage and support change for multiple initiatives simultaneously. Most importantly, you will have a passion for driving the best for our people and our organisation. 

• 10+ years’ experience in managing change across large geographically dispersed organisations. 

• Proven experience leading people-focused change in large or complex organisations. 

• You are comfortable with and have demonstratable experience in driving and executing change in a technical environment and can manage and support change for multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

• Strong strategic and operational change capability, including planning and delivery. 

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing across all levels. 

• Advanced communication skills—verbal, written, facilitation and negotiation. 

• Experience with change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Lean, Agile). 

• Tertiary qualification in business, HR, or organisational change.
