The Functional Change Lead plays a pivotal role in driving change initiatives within a centralised change operating model, ensuring functional areas effectively adapt to new processes, technologies, and organisational shifts.
Drawing on your experience in planning and leading change programs, you will focus on the people side of change—identifying and mitigating impacts through targeted engagement and change activities. Partnering with Enterprise Change and business leaders within CTEO, you will design and deliver change approaches for complex initiatives, aligning them with the functional strategic plan and business objectives.
You will be responsible for prioritising and planning change support across transformation initiatives, business change, and sustainment programs to ensure benefits are realised and outcomes embedded.
With a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment, you will contribute to building change capability across teams and advancing the organisation’s overall change maturity. Additionally, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity and responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
