The Role & The Team 

You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Customer & External Relations business group responsible for leading engagement with all sectors of the aviation industry to enhance outcomes for customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading engagement with customers and industry stakeholders to solve complex problems, build trust and demonstrate value. You will deliver actionable insights to inform decision making and play a key role in fostering collaboration to support Airservices service improvement, reputation and financial sustainability.

The Person 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated expertise and deep experience in stakeholder engagement, skilled in complex problem solving
  • Skilled in synthesising and delivering actionable customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Aviation domain knowledge coupled with strong business acumen to build trust, credibility and advocacy with customers and stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Proven track record in building and enhancing effective relationships with customer organisations at all levels
  • Superb communication, influencing and negotiation skills  
  • Strong ability in managing diverse and complex issues involving cross-functional coordination
  • Demonstrated leadership quality to foster high-performing teams
