Summary

The Role & The Team

Join a dynamic and collaborative Uncrewed Services team dedicated to delivering transformative outcomes. In this role you will be instrumental in shaping and managing supplier contracts and their associated statements of work, with your commercial acumen and attention to detail driving successful outcomes. Your contribution will be key to navigating complex commercial engagements that support the delivery of the Flight Information Management System.

As we launch a new line of business, this role will be central to shaping how we engage with customers and deliver value through innovative services. In addition to managing supplier relationships, you’ll lead the development of commercial frameworks. This includes driving the commercialisation of our offerings, implementing new charging models, and ensuring strong contract management that supports our evolving business strategy.

The Person

You will ideally possess the following skills and competencies:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Depth of experience in commercial management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale contracts.

• Experience in in developing commercialisation strategies, frameworks and revenue options to take new services to market.

• Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to navigate and manage complex commercial considerations.

• Extensive experience in strategic contract management across multiple contracts or large programs.

• Demonstrated experience in working with multiple business functions to ensure ongoing commercial management of executed contracts.

• Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with financial data

• Desirable: experience in new/nascent markets and working with technology markets.
