The Role & The Team

We are continuing to embed a high performing Talent Acquisition team, where we focus on delivering high valued recruitment solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders. When you join our passionate and diligent team you will bring a continuous improvement mindset and work with the team to identify areas for efficiency.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team to support a new wave of international recruitment, assisting primarily (but not exclusively) with immigration and onboarding activities. You’ll be able to draw on your previous experience as a trusted coordinator in a fast paced, varied and valued Talent Acquisition environment where you will contribute with strong coordination support. Your experience will be recognised and we welcome your energy, attitude of excellence, attention to detail, varied ATS (applicant tracking system) exposure (PageUp desirable) and love of service and delivery for your stakeholders.

We are looking forward to you supporting the business during this time of transformation and business improvement. Your varied days will see you;

- Provide recruitment support services to internal Hiring Managers.

- Manage and direct general and bulk phone and email recruitment enquiries and recruitment related inboxes for review by the TA team for action.

- Provide technical support to stakeholders as required (PageUp).

- Assist with telephone screens in the qualification of shortlisted and preferred candidates.

- Schedule interviews.

- Reference checking and CV/background checks.

- Support shortlisting of candidates for specific roles with the guidance of more senior TA team members.

- Ensure work is accurate and meets quality standards.

- Assist with providing timely feedback to candidates who are not successful in a recruitment process.

- Achieve and maintain high candidate service levels - effectiveness, timeliness, output quality, delivery of services, systems and candidate satisfaction.

- Assist with the onboarding process and security requirements for candidates, where required in order to smoothly expedite the documentation process.

This position is offered as a 24-month, fixed term role.

The Person

The successful applicant will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a trusted administrator in a fast-paced environment.

- A can-do attitude where you are solution focused and embrace change.

- Experience using Page Up is highly desirable, however if you are tech savvy your experience with others applicant tracking systems will be transferrable.

- A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Attention to detail and the ability to identify additional information required or questions to ask to obtain missing information to ensure governance of recruitment processes and strategic thinking.

- The ability to come up with innovative hiring solutions, identifying opportunities to attract suitable applicants and engage them throughout the process where required.

- You are a big picture thinker and have the proven ability to provide detailed updates to team members you are supporting with recruitment processes.

- A working style where you pre-empt questions or challenges and suggest solutions.
