The Role & The Team 

We’re on the lookout for a strategic, data-savvy powerhouse to join our Organisational Effectiveness team. As a Senior People Analytics & Insights Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive performance, innovation, and organisational success. 

This is more than just a reporting role, it’s a chance to lead the charge in data strategy, build compelling visualisations, and influence key decisions across the business. 

This is a Permanant Full-time opportunity and can be based in any of our Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney office locations. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Designing and executing data analytics strategies aligned with business needs. 

  • Interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and inform decisions. 

  • Developing and automating visualisations and reporting tools. 

  • Ensuring data governance and integrity. 

  • Collaborating across teams to embed data-driven practices.

 Summary of the Person 

You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into meaningful insights. You bring: 

  • Proven experience in senior analytics roles, ideally within HR or workforce planning. 

  • Expertise in complex data modelling and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL). 

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences. 

  • A collaborative and customer-focused approach to stakeholder engagement. 

  • A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies.
