The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Project Manager, Enterprise Security Uplift to play a key role in Airservices' Enterprise Security Uplift Program (ESUP).
Reporting within the Security & Resilience function, this role will provide coordination, governance and oversight across a significant program of work focused on strengthening enterprise security capability and supporting major transformation initiatives.
Working across a complex stakeholder landscape, you will bring together previously siloed workstreams, provide visibility of progress, manage dependencies and risks, and support the successful delivery of major transformation and technology modernisation initiatives, including the Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS).
This is a highly influential role focused on enterprise outcomes rather than individual project priorities, helping leaders make informed decisions through clear governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate security uplift activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Establish and maintain a consolidated view of risks, dependencies, priorities and delivery progress.
- Provide governance, reporting and assurance to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Support investment and delivery decisions through clear, evidence-based reporting and recommendations.
- Create enterprise-wide visibility of security initiatives, milestones and outcomes.
- Partner with protective security, personnel security, cyber, physical security and resilience specialists to support delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate informed decision-making through practical, audience-appropriate communication.
- Drive consistency, structure and delivery discipline across a complex and evolving program environment.
About You
You are an experienced project or program delivery professional who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments and enjoys bringing structure, visibility and coordination to large-scale initiatives.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or programs across multiple workstreams.
- Strong governance, reporting, risk, issue and dependency management capability.
- Experience operating within government, defence, critical infrastructure, aviation, transport, utilities or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and establish effective delivery frameworks and controls.
- Experience supporting executive decision-making through meaningful reporting and insights.
- An understanding of security, resilience, assurance or risk environments, with the ability to work credibly alongside specialist subject matter experts.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements
- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Currently hold an NV1 Security Clearance (minimum)
- Hold, or be eligible to immediately obtain and maintain, an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
- Be able to satisfy a 10-year checkable background history requirement.
