The Role & The Team
Airservices is seeking a SharePoint & Web Content Administrator to administer, support and continuously improve our SharePoint environments, intranet services and external website capabilities.
You will support platform configuration and maintenance, access and permissions management, incident and request resolution, information management and digital publishing. Working closely with content owners and business stakeholders, you will help ensure operational, regulatory and corporate content is accurate, accessible, appropriately governed and published within required timeframes.
As a member of the Digital Technology Platforms team, you will collaborate with technical teams, communications professionals, information-management specialists and external suppliers to maintain secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose digital services. You will also contribute to platform improvements, publishing-process enhancements and future modernisation initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Administer and support SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, intranet services and external website capabilities.
- Manage sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, content structures and related platform configuration.
- Work with content owners and business stakeholders to prepare, publish, update and retire accurate, accessible and timely operational and corporate content.
- Support the controlled publication of operational and regulatory material in accordance with relevant governance and compliance requirements.
- Manage incidents, service requests and platform issues, escalating complex technical matters when required.
- Contribute to platform maintenance, testing, upgrades, releases and continuous-improvement activities.
- Provide advice and guidance to site owners, content authors, publishers and platform users.
- Maintain platform documentation, publishing procedures, support information and governance records.
- Collaborate with technology teams, communications teams, information-management specialists, business stakeholders and external suppliers.

About you
- Experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises or a comparable enterprise content and collaboration platform.
- Experience managing sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions and content structures.
- Demonstrated experience publishing and maintaining content for enterprise intranets or external websites.
- An understanding of content lifecycle management, information architecture, document management and records-management principles.
- Knowledge of web accessibility, usability, content quality and digital publishing standards.
- Experience resolving incidents and service requests in an enterprise support environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive publishing activities.
- Sound analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to provide clear guidance to technical and non-technical users.
- The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving content-management, collaboration and web technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, workflow automation, web content management systems, search configuration, analytics, HTML or platform-modernisation activities would be advantageous.
