Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic technology programs within our Technology Service Delivery Portfolio.

The Role & The Team
Working alongside Program Managers, Project Managers and delivery teams, you will play a central role in ensuring our programs are well governed, effectively coordinated and supported by accurate reporting, planning, financial administration and stakeholder engagement activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with PMO, project coordination, program support or governance experience who enjoys working across complex technology and transformation initiatives while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
As the Program Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate governance activities including steering committees, workshops and program forums.
- Prepare and manage governance packs, meeting minutes, action logs, decision registers and reporting artefacts.
- Support program planning, scheduling, milestone tracking and dependency management.
- Maintain key program controls including risks, issues, changes, assumptions and actions.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting cycles across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Support procurement and financial administration activities, including purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
- Develop dashboards, tracking tools and management reports.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, communications and workshops.
- Support Program and Project Managers in the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve governance, reporting and delivery processes across the portfolio.

The Person
You are a highly organised and proactive program professional with experience supporting complex technology, ICT, infrastructure or transformation initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong governance and coordination skills, and can confidently work with stakeholders across multiple teams to keep programs on track. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, preparing clear reporting and governance artefacts, and contributing to continuous improvement across delivery practices.
You'll bring:
- Experience supporting projects, programs, PMOs or portfolio delivery functions.
- Strong governance, reporting, planning and coordination capabilities.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and program documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to financial administration, budget tracking, procurement or invoice management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira or Azure DevOps highly regarded.
- Experience working in technology, infrastructure, aviation, government, defence or other regulated environments will be advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Project Management, PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, MSP, Scrum or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
