 The Organisation

Airservices Australia is a government-owned organisation responsible for the safe and efficient management of 11% of the world’s airspace and provision of aviation rescue fire fighting services at Australia’s busiest airports.

Our people are our greatest asset, operating across a dynamic and diverse environment to support safe, efficient and environmentally responsible aviation. We connect people with their world—linking communities, enabling economic activity, and supporting the future of Australia’s aviation industry.

We are committed to fostering a culture that is inclusive, collaborative and high-performing, where our people are supported to grow meaningful and rewarding careers.

The Role & The Team

We are seeking 3 Business Case Analysts to join a newly formed Business Case capability within the EPMO, supporting the delivery of investment-ready business cases across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Working alongside Senior Analysts and SMEs, you will apply your experience in analysis, coordination and documentation to translate complex technical, financial and delivery inputs into clear, structured outputs.

On any given day, you will coordinate stakeholder inputs, contribute to cost, benefit and risk analysis, and support the development of governance-ready artefacts. Reporting to the Business Case Enablement Manager, you will work closely with portfolio teams, Finance, Procurement and other key business areas.

This team is being built as a centre of excellence—people enjoy working here because of the exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, the opportunity to develop highly transferable consulting-style skills, and the ability to contribute to high-impact investment decisions.
