The Organisation

Airservices Australia is a government-owned organisation responsible for the safe and efficient management of 11% of the world’s airspace and provision of aviation rescue fire fighting services at Australia’s busiest airports.

Our people are our greatest asset, operating across a dynamic and diverse environment to support safe, efficient and environmentally responsible aviation. We connect people with their world—linking communities, enabling economic activity, and supporting the future of Australia’s aviation industry.

We are committed to fostering a culture that is inclusive, collaborative and high-performing, where our people are supported to grow meaningful and rewarding careers.

The Role & The Team

You will join a newly established Business Case capability within the EPMO, leading the delivery of investment-ready business cases across a diverse portfolio of complex initiatives. Working closely with portfolio leaders, SMEs and key business partners, you will bring together technical, financial, commercial and delivery inputs into clear, compelling recommendations that support executive decision-making.

On any given day, you will lead problem framing, run options analysis, develop robust financial and economic assessments, and shape delivery and commercial strategies. Reporting to the Business Case Enablement Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while influencing stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Technology and operational teams.

This team is being built as a centre of excellence—people enjoy working here because of the exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, the opportunity to work on complex, high-value business cases, and the ability to directly influence strategic investment decisions across the organisation.
