The Role & The Team
As an Estimator - Resourcing within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you'll play an important role in supporting major transformation programs and enterprise investment decisions.
Working across project delivery teams, finance, scheduling and business stakeholders, you'll develop workforce demand forecasts, effort estimates and resource profiles that help inform business cases, project planning and portfolio prioritisation. You'll ensure cost, schedule and workforce assumptions are aligned, enabling informed decision-making and realistic delivery planning.
You'll join a newly established EPMO team that acts as a centre of excellence for portfolio, program and project delivery, supporting strategic transformation initiatives across Airservices.

The Person
You are analytical, collaborative and comfortable working in complex environments where you can turn data and assumptions into practical planning insights. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, challenging thinking where required and helping organisations make informed decisions.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in project estimating, project controls, workforce planning, resource management or a similar discipline
- Strong analytical and data modelling capabilities
- Experience developing resource forecasts, workforce demand profiles or effort-based estimates
- Understanding of resource capacity planning and demand versus supply principles
- Ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups to gather information and validate assumptions
- Experience supporting business cases, project planning or investment decision-making
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, finance, business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
