The Role & The Team

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Strategic Financial Partnering team, driving financial discipline and performance excellence across the organisation. Your role is pivotal in delivering end-to-end financial support for a portfolio of divisional stakeholders, and guide strategic decision-making by providing clear, actionable insights that optimise costs while supporting organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate budgeting and forecasting models and insightful month-end reporting.
  • Conduct variance and cost analysis to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support workforce planning and cost management initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and influence outcomes.
  • Drive process improvement and consistency across planning and reporting.
  • Contribute to capability development initiatives that uplift financial acumen across the organisation.

 PD - Senior Finance Analyst 

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with business analytics and visualisation tools is desirable but not essential (e.g. Power BI).
