Why this role matters: 

This role within our Employee Services Team will transcend beyond process reviews and mapping, it's about reimagining how we deliver employee services holistically and upstream. You will lead and collaborate across a diverse portfolio of improvement initiatives to co-design user-centred, strategically aligned solutions that enhance the experience of employees and managers, streamline operations, and enable data-informed decision-making. All of this while remaining agile and responsive to the evolving needs of the Airservices workforce. 

You’ll serve as the vital link between strategy and execution, co-designing solutions, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders, and driving sustainable change through thoughtful implementation.  This includes leading change initiatives, managing roll out, crafting effective communications, and delivering training to ensure successful user adoption. 

What you will do: 

  • Provide consistent, practical advice and guidance to managers on a broad range of operational people matters and conditions of employment 

  • Partner with stakeholders to scope and embed people solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and future-ready 

  • Lead current state analysis and identify opportunities for improvement across key HR processes (e.g. HR ticketing system, onboarding, fitness for duty, performance management, talent calibration) 

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to shape HR solutions Support ICT implementation and broader transformation initiatives with a focus on adoption, change, and continuous improvement 

  • Drive service uplift through data insights, self-service enablement, and experience-led design 

  • Be a trusted advisor on operational people matters, while also contributing to strategic projects across the CPCO division

 What you bring: 

  • Strong HR generalist or project experience in complex, industrialised environments 

  • Exposure to transformation projects (e.g. ERP, onboarding redesign, ticketing system) 

  • A mindset for continuous improvement and a passion for user-centred design 

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and training delivery 

  • The ability to think systemically, influence broadly, and deliver with impact
