The Role & The Team
- Support the Data analytics process – Coordinate the timely production of strategic and business performance reports.
- Support Executive Forums – Organize agendas, forward schedules, and action registers to ensure efficient and productive leadership meetings.
- Maintain Quality & Consistency – Review large groups of data sets from across the business to ensure accuracy and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Keep Everything on Track – Manage records, documentation, and reporting schedules with precision.
- Be the Go-To Data Analyst – Support leadership with reporting and data needs and information collation.
The Person
You thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring that reports and data are delivered on time and at the highest standard. You’re a skilled communicator and collaborator, capable of working across teams to bring together key business analysis into insights. You are a quick and independent learner, able to investigate and resolve technical problems on your own or with limited direction.
Skills and Background
You are a detail-oriented professional with good analytical and strong communication skills. You have intermediate experience with basic analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI and understand the basics of data pipelines such as setting up ETLs and maintaining data quality. You are also skilled in data visualization in Power BI using Power Query and DAX.
You are a team player with stakeholder management skills to deal with a range of business requirements at different priorities.
