The Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services NexGen, Facilities and Environment Portfolio will deliver critical investment into our facilities, sustainability initiatives, and service delivery to support better outcomes for our people, our customers, the industry, the community, and the environment.

The Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services NexGen, Facilities, and Environment Portfolio will make strategic investments in facilities, sustainability, and service delivery, driving positive outcomes for our people, customers, industry, community, and the environment.
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of organizational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders, users, customers, and subject matter experts across functions to drive successful outcomes.
This role reports to the Operational Readiness/Integration and Fleet Lead and you will support delivering benefits to the organization by developing and maintaining accurate project plans. You will also be responsible to identify the and manage the project risks and opportunities.

The Person
The successful applicant will have:
- Project management qualifications with experience, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work in regulated or service delivery environments, along with great communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to create and present innovative solutions while influencing outcomes. Skilled at building and maintaining relationships to foster partnerships and collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with senior executives, and internal and external stakeholders with a range of backgrounds (including vendors), and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Experience using Project Server, Microsoft Project and/or equivalent scheduling tools
