The Role & The Team

You will be a part of Chief People and Culture office group and will report into the Learning Design and technology lead.

You will be an expert in identifying various competency-based trainings needs by conducting training needs analysis. You will use this analysis to assist the business in designing, developing and implementing suitable training solutions.

This role will be an opportunity showcase your skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships for making a difference in workplace performance improvements opportunities

The Person

In order to be successful in this role you will:

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the Learning and development processes around Training needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training strategies
  • Excellent listening and observational skills
  • Understanding of effective teaching methods for different learning styles and aptitudes
  • Tertiary qualifications in education, business or a related discipline would be highly desirable.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in Air Traffic Control or Aviation would be highly desirable
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training would be highly desirable
