Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry.
Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.
Reporting directly to the Communications and Media Manager in the Office of the CEO, you will take ownership of the Airservices employee engagement strategy and social responsibility communications.
You will provide day-to-day leadership to the overall team by managing workflows and priorities, as required. You will also provide direct supervision to one direct report.
This is an exceptional “next step” opportunity for a highly motivated and talented communications professional looking to develop a pathway to senior management roles.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated experience in internal / employee communications
- Experience in the public or aviation sectors viewed favourably
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
